Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Recruitment in UAE
  • Should be able to speak any of the language from – Tagalog or Arabic Or Chinese or Russian
  • Proven record of recruitment of Management roles.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include :

  • Designing and updating job descriptions in coordination with line manager and considering organization policies and guidelines
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and References
  • Closing the assigned open positions with in the timelin
  • Preparing MIS of candidate database
  • Respond to candidates professionally with timely update
  • Screening the profiles as per the required role and given job description
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) and give them constructive feedback.
  • Adhere the organization policies right from recruitment to onboarding
  • Coordinate with concern department for scheduling interviews and keep them posted on status of hiring on the given roles
  • Should have good knowledge of MS office and should be good in reporting .-Should possess good interview skills
