Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 Years of Recruitment in UAE
- Should be able to speak any of the language from – Tagalog or Arabic Or Chinese or Russian
- Proven record of recruitment of Management roles.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include :
- Designing and updating job descriptions in coordination with line manager and considering organization policies and guidelines
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and References
- Closing the assigned open positions with in the timelin
- Preparing MIS of candidate database
- Respond to candidates professionally with timely update
- Screening the profiles as per the required role and given job description
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) and give them constructive feedback.
- Adhere the organization policies right from recruitment to onboarding
- Coordinate with concern department for scheduling interviews and keep them posted on status of hiring on the given roles
- Should have good knowledge of MS office and should be good in reporting .-Should possess good interview skills
