HR Recruiter responsibilities include

-Designing and updating job descriptions in coordination with line manager and considering organization policies and guidelines
-Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and References
-Closing the assigned open positions within the timeline
-Preparing MIS of candidate database
-Respond to candidates professionally with timely update
-Screening the profiles as per the required role and given job description
-Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
-Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) and give them constructive feedback.
-Adhere to the organization’s policies right from recruitment to onboarding
-coordinate with concerned department for scheduling interviews and keep them posted on the status of hiring on the given roles
-Should have good knowledge of MS Office and should be good in reporting .-Should possess good interview skills
