PEX Manager (Process Excellence Manager)

  • Job Location: Dubai / Sharjah
  • Preference: Male – Arabic
  • Salary Budget: AED 15000 – 19000
  • Language – Preferred Arabic and English

The individual will help drive process improvement across the organization, including increasing knowledge of Lean Six Sigma for all team members. They will be a key driving force towards building a world-class LSS organization. This role will work cross functionally within Organization as well as with key partner organization to maximize the customer experience and efficiency. A background in Organization Operations process improvement is a firm requirement, as well as Black Belt certification. The successful candidate will be a process-focused Coach with experience delivering enterprise level transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • The selected individual must possess strong cross functional experiences within Organization.
  • The selected individual must have previous experience in a Organization operational function.
  • Leads Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the organization, including hosting routines around project status.
  • Coaches team members and managers to drive process improvement initiatives in their respective areas.
  • Leads, develops and delivers training in Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management to increase the capability of the organization.
  • Will work closely with cross-functional groups to drive end to end improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, develops recommendations, and converts recommendations into compelling new business plans.
  • Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall strategies and long term goals of the organization.
  • Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established frameworks.
  • Oversees the development and delivery of complex initiatives that can impact Organization regionally, typically requiring the leadership of cross-functional and/or cross-regional teams.

Education and Experiences:

  • University degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Requires 10+ years of experience in a Organization function.
  • Experience in more than one Organization function.
  • LEAN Background required (Green Belt/Black Belt)

  • Superior understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management.
  • Advanced analytical and data modelling skills.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Advanced people management skills, including managing teams across countries.
  • Advanced communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences; mastery in English and local language.
  • Experience leading enterprise level projects interacting with senior executives
  • Experience driving change in a complex organization
  • Advanced understanding of Organization processes (TOPS/BEST).
  • Strong understanding of the company’s policies and processes.
  • Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.

Impact/Scope:

  • Is held accountable for business performance goal attainment across all planning metrics
  • Collaborates across all aspects of the Global Operations team as well as other Commercial functions like Business Development & Account Management.
  • Ability to influence a particular business across functions and/or regions.
  • Typically interacts with Regional Presidents, CEOs, Directors, VPs, and SVPs
  • Typically leads very highly complex and large impact projects.
