Key Responsibilities:

1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean, organize, and prepare guest rooms according to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked.
• Report maintenance issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.

1. Public Area Cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, elevators, and other public areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize as required.

1. Guest Service

• Respond promptly to guest requests (extra towels, amenities, etc.).
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.

1. Health & Safety Compliance

• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Report lost & found items to the housekeeping office.

1. Teamwork & Reporting

• Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend briefings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain daily records of completed tasks.
