Seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills, showcasing the ability to navigate diverse responsibilities, from overseeing real estate and financial planning to coordinating estate transitions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
providing top-notch services to the high-net-worth client, ensuring their financial well-being and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client administrative services, ensuring seamless communication and information dissemination to family members.
• Analyze the performance of operating entities and personal investments.
• Serve as a Client Relationship Manager for outside investments, coordinating with counsel, financial advisors, banks, and lenders.
• Oversee foreign reporting entities, specifically real estate, by managing various real estate properties and handling accounting/finance-related matters for each.
• Coordinate matters related to estate planning and wealth transition, including direct communication with clients and their advisers.
• Assist the client in maintaining books and records for various entities, preparing/reviewing bank reconciliations, monthly cash flow reports, and financial statements. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the cash management department.
• Facilitate the selection of living arrangements for senior family members considering tax planning, children’s residency, and safety.
• Address documentation requirements, including citizenship, residency permits, and permanent residency.
• Oversee aspects of lifestyle planning related to health, education, and travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 4-7 years of Relationship Manager experience preferably in Private Banking or family office company.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Familiarity with alternative investments and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, advisers, and internal teams.
• English and Russian fluency.
