Finance Manager

Job Description:
Hiring Finance Manager to hold the financial position in our organization. He/she will be responsible for accounting, taxation, forecasting the organization’s financials and advising the CEO and board on strategic direction. The Finance Manager will be also actively involved in client work and clients’ advisory in relation to accounting, local taxes and audit.
Responsibilities:
· Execute the company’s financial strategy.
· Develop plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
· Manage accounting procedures.
· Research and create analysis based on clients’ needs.
· Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data of clients.
· Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.
· Understand the tax laws and regulations.
· Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same
· Oversee payroll management in compliance with government rules and regulations.
· Develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
· Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
· Utilize forecasting models to predict future financial trends and advise on strategic decisions.
· Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to optimize resource allocation.
· Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other relevant financial regulations.
· Ensure adherence to ethical standards and good governance practices throughout financial operations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
· Proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role with International finance experience
· High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
· Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition
